These terms cover your use of this website, any gap audit we prepare, and every paid engagement with AuthorityReachUK. Requesting an audit or signing a proposal means you accept them.
About us
AuthorityReachUK is a trading name of Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. Our full registration details appear on every proposal and invoice. Contact us through the gap audit form or by email at hello@authorityreachuk.site.
What we provide
Link building, publisher outreach, guest article placement and digital PR for lawful adult businesses and the agencies that serve them. We do not publish explicit material on third-party sites, operate link networks, or give legal advice.
Your commitments
You confirm that your business operates lawfully where it is based and where it trades, that every person appearing in your content is a consenting adult whose age and consent you can evidence, and that your sites contain no pirated, leaked or non-consensual material. We may ask for evidence and may stop work immediately if any of this proves untrue.
Our standard for placements
- Every paid placement is labelled on the publisher's page and carries rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow".
- We do not buy links from networks, arrange link swaps or place links in footers or templates.
- Articles carry honest bylines; we do not invent authors or pose as journalists.
- Every prospect, decline, pitch and placement is recorded in your ledger.
Publishers decide what they publish and link to. We commit to the work described in your proposal, not to a number of links, rankings or traffic.
The gap audit
Your first gap audit is free and creates no commitment. It is based on backlink data from third-party tools and public information, so treat it as an informed assessment rather than a complete record.
Fees and payment
- Monthly fees in pounds sterling are listed on our pricing page. Your proposal sets out the package, fee, commitment length and anything additional.
- Flexible monthly: runs from month to month; either side may end it by giving notice before the next month starts.
- Commitment: the reduced fee applies throughout the agreed three, six or twelve months, after which you may commit again, move to flexible monthly, or end.
- Publisher fees for labelled sponsored placements are agreed with you in advance and invoiced at cost, separately from our fee.
- We invoice monthly in advance. Fees exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.
Confidentiality
We keep your business, your data and our work for you confidential, and never name you as a client without written permission. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving any access. Personal data is handled under our privacy notice.
Ownership
Content we write for you, reports and your ledger belong to you once the related invoice is paid. Published articles remain subject to the publisher's own terms. Our processes and internal materials remain ours.
Ending the arrangement early
Either side may end an engagement at once if the other seriously breaches these terms. We may also stop immediately if asked to act unlawfully or against a search engine's spam policies, or if fees remain unpaid after a written reminder. Otherwise, we give a month's notice.
Limits on liability
Our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to a claim. We are not responsible for loss of profit, rankings or traffic, or for decisions made by publishers or search engines. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Our research is general guidance and not advice for any particular business. You may quote short passages with a link to the source, but please do not reproduce whole articles or collect the site's content automatically.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We may update these terms, and each engagement follows the version in force when its proposal was signed.
